Jacob earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University working on solvent-based crystallography and agricultural co-crystallization. Currently, he is a second-year Ph.D. student in the Sievers lab working on the sustainable production of ammonia by mechanochemical synthesis and infrared thermography for a better understanding of mechanochemistry and catalyst performance. When not in the lab, Jacob enjoys reading, video games, and gardening from time to time.
